ReShade Not Loading On GTA 5

So I just installed ReShade on GTA 5 and I keep getting the file where it says that it hasn't loaded in yet... I've tried everything but it still doesn't work. Anybody have any advice to fix this?

Edit : Let me note that this is for singleplayer and has no intent for multiplayer

As found elsewhere, this was the solution for me:

Find your "GTA5.exe" file in the game folder.
Open the properties of the .exe file (right mouse button) and go to Compatability. Change the compatability mode to Windows 7 and press "OK".

Some suggest you also do this for "PlayGTAV.exe", but in my case that wasn't needed.

Hope it works for you as it did for me.

This worked for me as well. Installed GTA V for the first time on Windows 11 and ReShade wouldn't load no matter what I tried. Changed compatibility for both executables (didn't work for me with just GTA5.exe) and I finally got the ReShade banner when I launched the game.

The game wont launch for me in compatibility. Says it only supports win 10 or higher. Is there a work around?

Did this and it seemed to work, but now anytime I run the game it just freezes or crashes after loading a few shaders, I have 0 idea what is going on with my game please help! Also doesn't even give me a crash error or anything like that, it just freezes and I have to go into task manager or just closes the game.

Fixed it, I was using ENB alongside with reshade and my computer just kind of shat itself when i opened the game
