I am using reshade 5.3 as thats the last version I can get to work with skyrimVR. Reshade is working fine but my OCD needs to figure this error out . Thanks

Means your ReShade version is too old and doesn't support the add-on that is trying to enable itself (probably the one that makes ReShade apply effects before UI in Skyrim).
