GTA V random images + black screen

I play GTA a lot and very often I encounter this problem, at some point in the game, I get different pictures and a black screen, I don’t know how to fix it.
I tried to reinstall ReShade, checked the integrity of the game files, nothing helps.
How can I solve this problem?
