help

hi, so im very new to reshade. and i've looked through tutorials for reshade on gmod. and when i saw there were presets i keep seeing this win64 file. not sure what it means or if its important to the reshade mod. anyway my question is, how am i supposed to get presets to work without the win64 file. should i just add it or what do i do?
