Reshade2.ini file missing

[object Object] I cant save my setting and presets because it says i need a reshade2.ini file and reshade doesnt install with one, just a reshade.ini file. I dont know what to do

I'm currently struggling with this as well. Did you find a solution for it?

For some reason everytime I download Reshade for Sims 4, I'm missing the Reshade2.ini file. Please do not tell me to redownload; as I have MULTIPLE times. My only guess is that somehow me having reshade for sims 2 is messing that up..(idk how).

Can someone please help?

It's not missing, ReShade will create it, unless you don't have file permissions set up for ReShade to be able to do so (in that case run the game as administrator or fix permissions of the game directory).

i did all of that and reshade2.ini still isn't there...

Version ReShade_Setup_6.1.1

avec cette version, nous ne pouvons pas faire fonctionner reshade sur le jeu des sims 4, il n'y a pas le ReShade2.ini comment faire ?
