So I'm using the Nice Guy Lighting option that adds a form of Raytracing in Dying Light 2.
But it keeps switching on and off constantly.
How can i fix this?

Depth buffer is likely being disabled (see add-ons tab). Use the ReShade build with full add-on support to avoid that.
