Hello, I recently installed DXVK to Sims 3 and installed vulkan reshade on top, but the performance is notorious, almost unplayable. D3D9 with reshade just works fine (>100fps) but Vulkan drops FPS down to 24fps. 30

It actually seems to be locking the fps or something? it doesn't get past after 27/28

I also realized it runs fine in fullscreen. Does it think i'm alt tabbing maybe?
