Hello, 1st time poster and so far i have been impressed with reshade, more than what i could ever imagine to be honest.

I want to say that i am a complete newbie to this, i can troubleshoot and edit files if necessary, but i aint' technically advanced as some of the users here, so go easy on the newbie here.

Recently a mod was created for an older game called Mass effect Legendary edition, but only for the 3rd game in the trilogy (for now), looks great, runs great and after some manual tweaks i was able to get a consistant look even when using menus or certain elements in the ui, however there is one thing that appears out of nowhere in cinematics only.

Ui is great, videos are great and so is the gameplay, but when i talk with another NPC the game adds 2 black bars, but to the left of the right bar there is a section of similar lenght where the image becomes sharper.
I can initiate a conversation, everything is fine, but once the camera changes a couple times and that lack of blur becomes visible
I am running the game in a 21:9 aspect ratio btw

You can see the issue mainly by looking at the hair in the picture, blured on the left, sharp on the right.

I have tried changing the code mentioned here with no luck.
