GTA V crash at startup

I installed all effects for directx9 and now when I start the game it goes to the loading screens and then just closes. Does someone know how to fix this?

do you have mods? or scripts? it could be a different problem than reshade, if you have mods make sure you got scripthook and scripthookvdotnet, custom gameconfig and packfile limit adjuster (when my game crashed it was ussually the gameconfig)

Yeah, I have all of those, it still crashes, sadly.
