The game is Ryse and the shader should be Marty's advanced depth of field and then the adaptive fog shader I think, seen some interesting creative use of these over on the Neogaf screenshot thread for 2016 and the current 2017 threads in games such as Total War Warhammer, quite impressive what can be done by adjusting the values a bit for some of the shaders and how the games end up looking as a result of said tweaking.

Would be really interesting to see what ReShade could do if it could get even more advanced functionality, it can't really be ENB with per-game specific implementations but still.

Though the current 3.0.x version isn't bad and the current Github commits after 3.0.7 sound like they have some additional enhancements already so 3.0.8 or whatever the next version will be should be good. (I don't really understand much of the code myself though but it's fun reading through it.)

I'am sorry. It is Waifu2x that does most of the job, then there is some ReShade filtering over that. Waifu is not possible to run in real time, apparently ...

Tomb Raider on Psx. In 4k resolution, rendered in 8x internal and emulation filter + ReShade.




Last picture is same as above, except it is resized and denoised with Waifu2x. Sadly not possible to play with.

how to use Waifu shader?

Waifu2x is not a shader. It is a resizing program with a built in denoiser.

It can take up to 1 second to resize it with my gpu (980Ti) and it needs to do it at least 30 times per second. So ... when we have gpu's that are about 30 times faster than 980Ti it might happen. That's gonna take a couple of years ..

Sadly, dynamic shadows in Wolfenstein don't work with ReShade properly. I posted a topic about it in troubleshooting category few days ago. It's due to opengl render. I hope it gets fixed.
