GW2 not running

The thing is, everything worked before Thursday's fall/November/threshold 2 update for Windows 10, but now... it won't.
I'm using the same drivers for my GPU and I made extra sure DirectX 9 is still installed.
I can get past the launcher but once I click play there, the game runs somewhere in the background and the d3d9.log shows the following:

If you're running an AMD card and having the same issue let me know so I can try another angle.
UPDATE 1: Beta drivers didn't help. Going to try and roll back drivers as far as they can go in Windows 10.

Hahaha, definitely not.
It seems my geforce 820M isn't compatible with many of the releases so testing it limited there, but from what I could test nothing worked. I am going to update the Intel drivers and see if that doesn't help. It could be an issue during Optimus switching from the desktop to the game.

EDIT: And it's apparently just Guild Wars 2 (of the games I own) that's effected. I didn't think of testing a different game because I've played the hell out of them and didn't care.

Funny enough, I've already gotten used to playing without SweetFX and the game actually doesn't look that ugly as it does initially, when you play without the extra effects for the first few times

I hope there is a solution. I have tried to revert to an older driver version however windows BSOD with the generic insufficient power message.

(From: forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/su...lient-Beta-FAQ/first )
(ReShade 1.1 with the latest shader pack from Github.)
ReShade is installed manually to C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\bin64 with ReShade64.dll named d3d9.dll
The game is being launched with the following parameters but that shouldn't make a difference, just so I don't need to type in the log-in info all the time but it still goes via the launcher/updater and not immediately in-game.
" C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\Gw2-64.exe" -autologin -bmp "
EDIT: AMD GPU with the 15.12 drivers, unsure if it would be different for Nvidia but I do not see why display drivers would be causing issues with ReShade unless the compatibility profile for the game in the newest drivers is doing something weird.
(MSI Afterburner is additionally used to cap the framerate in most games I'm playing, no hardware API monitoring though so it doesn't really conflict with anything else, just a FPS cap and screenshot tool.)

(Which is the point of the insider program I suppose, testing and reporting feedback and bug reports and possible suggestions too.)
CPU is a 3930K bit old and not one of those that have the iGPU chip, GPU itself is a AMD Fury, third party model from Sapphire, Vapor-X OC something.
(Not too bad though the real upgrades won't be until these new die-shrink GPU's hit the market later this year I suppose.)

Windows 10 version 1511 (OS Build 10586.36)
Further investigation was done on the 12 Jan. Using the Radeon monitoring software the following was observed. With the reshade dll in the folder the GPU in used was the intel (power saving). When I removed the dll it is using the AMD (High Performance) and everything is working fine. I think we will have to wait for version 1.1.1 for a working solution.
