SKYRIM - Shadows move with me was created by evok99
Everytime I move the camera, the shadows move with me. What is causing this?
Here is my preset:

I have this same problem. It's driving me nuts.
I thought it was incompatibility with another mod or something. I disabled Climates of Tamriel and I downloaded RCRN to try another preset that was based on that. It was fixed for a moment, but that preset was way too dark. I tried changing presets and the moving shadows came back. Really hope someone has a fix for this, because I can't seem to uninstall the reshade effects.

UPDATE: This worked!
I am trying this suggested fix: reshade.me/forum/shader-troubleshooting/...hasing-shadows#11408
There is a bug with reshade and skyrim.
Only semisolution is - go to skyrimprefs.ini and set bDeferredShadow to 0 instead 1
For this make some distance shading being shimmering, and when i used just enb, disabled deffered shadow cause some bad shadow stripping glitch.
Now i use just enb and sweetfx, because they in chain works and do not produce shadow glitches.
