Can't Install ReShade 3.0.4 on CS:GO.

I can't seem to install the new ReShade 3.0.4 on CS:GO.
I had installed previously ReShade + SweetFX 2.0 and it worked fine. Uninstalled it manually and installed new version and it doesn't work.

I'm doing a clean install for CS:GO now.

I have noticed CS:GO binds Shift+F2 to "demoui". Is there any way to unbind demoui or change the reshade binding keys for opening the settings?
