i've only encountered one or two forums that address this issue and none of them actually solve the problem;; the banner pops up when the game opens, but whenever i try to use shift + f2 to open the settings, it just... doesn't do anything. i think one of the issues is that i'm on a laptop, but i've also used an external keyboard and no dice. is there any way that i might open the menu with some kind of console command, or change the settings so that i can access it with different keybinds?
