Using ReShade v6.4.1 with Witcher 2 (GOG) v3.5.0.26g results in keystrokes registering twice. Searched for this issue. Found this ancient thread  describing the same problem. I had a few older versions of ReShade lying around and rolled back to those. The most recent version without the issue was v6.3.3. The problem appears to have been re-introduced in v6.4.0.

Also using an AMD RX 6700 XT with Adrenalin 25.3.1 drivers in Win10 22H2.

This is fixed by github.com/crosire/reshade/commit/0c7d61...08b6dc1c472b7e5457b3 .
