Can ReShade be used in a commercial game by a developer?

I searched for it and in this topic crosire said that "it's ok to distribute the ReShade binaries, as long as that distribution is not sold".

Now, that is for a mod, which is free, but what about commercial game where you are selling the game (but no selling ReShade)? Can we bundle ReShade with the game still?
