Everything is default in the Depth 3D settings except set to Top and Bottom and the settings presented in the Readme file: DM8 Blur: 0.0-0.050 (same with DM4 and blur 0)

Also Double Dragon Neon in listed is the Readme as DM 25 but does not list: Custom_Depth_Map_6
Far=0.025
Near=0.160000

Sorry for being vague and listing the Title wrong. :P

Only game I ran into an issue. GTAV, Dying Light, The Crew and Double Dragon Neon work great....

Er *Update* fixed it. Had to disable Super Sampling.

If a game happens to have a SweetFX profile can be be used with this? Example: sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/1638/

I see on the Reshade site a separate ReShade 2.0.3 with SweetFX 2.0.7. Sorry if I come off as such a noob. I use to use SweetFX with RadeonPro which was a bit simpler.

SuperDepth3D_1.8.9.fx for Reshade 3.0 is Up for Testing in the Experimental Folder.

This release has 3 New option.

1. Depth Map Enhancement On Off Toggle.
A.Enhancement Off
B.Enhancement Alpha

2. Adjustment slider for Enhancement/Dehancement.
A. Adjust Depth Map Enhancement, Dehancement occurs past one. Default setting is 1.0 and Decreasing this would allow for more Pop in distance Landscapes.
Not many supported games.

3. Blur Type
A. Normal Blur
B. Radial Blur

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Adjust Settings recommendations and BlurType.

For Batman: Arkham Knight Adjust settings "0.750" Blur Type Radial for Batman Cowl Protection.

Depth Map 2
For Doom Adjust 1.250 Dehancemnet adds more depth closer to your player. Blur Type Depends. 0.050 for Radial and 0.025 for Normal.



Ya I know I am CPU Bound.

This was using Reshade 3.0 Beta 9.

BlueSkyKnight , could you add the floating helpful tips on the Shaders with the default numbers for every square that has numbers ? and in the new shader On and Off too ? it is quiet confusing to remember all the numbers after playing a bit and no way to restore to default but only way is to delete the file and do the tutorial again.


Using the 1.8.9 Exp has black screen in BladeStorm Nightmare , the 1.8.8 works properly.

Also part of the reason I added Radial Blur is in attempt to limit Jarring Cuts off the top of some items in a image.

Remember occlusion is a constant problem in this kind of 3D. There will be warping and Halo effect. I,m working to minimize them.


SO here is GTA V with Normal Blur.

BladeStorm Nightmare I can't test this game since I don't have it. But, still give me the Depth map settings for this game.

EDIT : Do you have an idea how to run Just Cause 3 with SuperDepth3D ? I tried, it just black or white 1.8.8 and 1.8.9 Exp is all black.

I Think I fixed the compatibility issue. By changing it where it complacently cuts off the Depth Enhancer/Dehancer when you have it off.

I Hope this fixes the issue with Bladestorm. It's Hard to test everything when every one has different games. I am trying.

I don't Have Just Cause 3 too test sorry. Steam Sales coming soon :D I hope.

Update for the experimental is now up on GitHub.

Also added the Default setting to the Tool Tip. Like you requested.

The only one with no Default setting are the Near and Far. Since Each one is Different. I still need to work on the READMe..........................

1.8.9 exp still not working, black screen. 1.8.8 Works fine with the settings below.


The best I find in quick test is

Custom 4
Far - 1.050
Near - 5.000

Of course you don't control what's supported. I was just wondering if they added it yet as for many like myself the performance boost with Doom and Vulkan is really nice. I run the game in 3K with everything maxed out. Except Shadows on Ultra and not Nightmare. Get a smooth 60fps.

I could try this in OpenGL but would have to turn down some settings. For now I'll wait for Vulkan to become supported.... Well.... We'll see. ;)

I run it at 2720 x 1530 and get 60fps. What resolution is considered as 3k exactly?

The First one looks better. But, you need to push That Dark area Back to the cam a bit.

Also I updated the Experimental shader again. I noticed a black screen when I had the older 1.8.8 In the same Folder as the New one. Just to make sure that not the problem. Did you Move the old shader out before trying to new one?

Just Cause 3 is still downloading..... I got it last night... I have veary slow internet. 40gb game takes like 24Hours download. I will be looking in to this game. Because it should work.

Ye I had both on the same folder , but 1.8.8 worked and 1.8.9 exp didn't , I will only use one of them and test.

EDIT : It works now with only 1.8.9 Exp in the shader reshade GUI detection. now I need to understand what each setting do ... lol I will never succeed to play the game cause every time there is something new and better and we need to set the settings again :P

Seems that 1.8.9 Exp - Alternate Depth Map 0 working fine but it has white too close,
Alternate 4 seems to be better but has less white on the Far.
Alternate 8 seems to have it almost right
Alternate 10 seems also correct
Alternate 23 seems to have tons of black on the front and white on the far

What the Enhancement do ? Alpha and Beta ? it seems to do more white in some places.

What should be Better the Normal Blur or Redial ?

EDIT : I forgot I bought it from Kinguin , I fixed my posts in case anyone wants to buy it too.
