Depth buffer is upside down

RiME - works perfect with Reshade 3 (tested on 3.0.6), D3D10+, UE4.
Depth buffer is partial (?). Seems to be only the left side of the screen that has depth.

Tested with Reshade 3.0.8, depth buffer only accessible WITHOUT supersampling. If you set supersampling other than 1.00x in the option menu, depth buffer is inaccessible.

WORKING:
Newest Reshade version was used during testing and everything works, Depth access is there and DOF works also without any problems.
NOT WORKING:
Taking screenshots does not work because the game uses a 10-bit backbuffer. (see here - reshade.me/forum/troubleshooting/3456-he...ce-black-screenshots)

Cemu is a bizarre case although i've only tested two games: Zelda Breath of the Wild & Super Mario 3D World. Both games share the same pattern with depth buffer access and the case could be true for many more games in Cemu which i will need to check.
Playing the games in native Wii U resolution works perfectly, although depth buffer is upside down for both. Increasing the native resolution for both games (e.g. using 1080p or 4k graphics packs which most use) seems to disable depth buffer access. Playing both games using ultra-wide graphics packs suddenly works again with depth buffer (upside down as with native Wii U resolution).
